How to delete your Vitmora account.
This page explains how a Vitmora user can request account deletion and what happens to account-related data after deletion.
Effective date: 4 April 2026
1. Delete your account from inside the app
If you have access to your Vitmora account, the fastest way to delete it is from inside the product.
- sign in to your Vitmora account
- open Profile or Settings
- use the Delete account option
- follow the confirmation step to permanently request deletion
2. If you cannot access the app
If you cannot sign in, email contact@vitmora.com from the email address associated with your Vitmora account and request account deletion.
To help us process the request safely, include the account email address and mention that you want your Vitmora account deleted.
3. What data is deleted
When an account deletion request is completed, Vitmora is intended to remove the user account and account-linked product data associated with that account.
- account profile details such as username and email address
- user-entered expense, income, budget, and related finance records
- account-linked settings and product usage data associated with the deleted account
4. What may be retained temporarily
Some limited technical records, logs, backups, or records required for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, or operational recovery may be retained for a limited period where reasonably necessary.
If retained, those records are not intended to keep the deleted account active in the product.
5. Timing
Deletion timing may vary based on the method used and normal operational processing. If you request deletion by email, please allow a reasonable processing period.
